Do not worry, folks. We're making some improvements to the graph and it's coming back. We wanted to get this 3.0 version out as soon as possible and get you working with it, learning it, and loving it.
Graphs are extremely important, we know that. In the meantime, you can always utilize the graphs online and print them, as well.

Hello, everybody!
ReplyDeleteYesterday evening I downloaded the new upgrading but with a surprise. The application won't open on my ipodtouch and sincerly I am a bit desperate.
Found Glucose buddy a very efficient and easy to use application and I would like to keep on using it.
Can anyone help me?
Acqua,
ReplyDeleteThis will sometimes occur depending on what version OS you have on your iPodTouch. Another factor is the amount of memory you have on your iTouch. In some instances, Apps that have even been uninstalled on your device can create memory leaks.
For this reason, we always recommend backing up your data to your Online Account or Emailing your data to yourself before upgrading so if a reinstall is necessary, you will still have a backup.
I'm really glad the graph is coming back: it is terrific!
ReplyDelete3.0 icon comes up and then disconnects taking me back to app selection page. this is not helpful
ReplyDeleteI hope you mean the graph is coming soon. I'm brand new at this game. I think your approach is the best one - an iPhone app linked to a web service - but having no feedback on the iPhone is a real drag. On the other hand, I abandoned you briefly for a competitor and realized how much I like your approach. But please, get that graph up!
ReplyDeleteYour app has really helped me in doing a better job of control. I'm anxious to show it to my endo next week but am sorry that the graphs won't be there on the iPhone.
ReplyDeleteThe new interface is awesome. Thanks Matt.
Instant feedback from the in-app graph is so important. To give you a little bit of background, we truly gutted the App in 3.0 to make it faster and more powerful inside. I think a lot of you think we just "dragged and dropper" the graph icon out of the App, like you would on your desktop. That is simply not the case at all.
ReplyDeleteIt will be in an upcoming update, very very soon.
Is there a way to print out all of your log entries. I tried e-mailing them to myself and there was only a couple of the days worth of entries.
ReplyDeleteLove GB, it has really helped me keep tabs on the food and meds -
Robert- Web Printing is the best way, you can use our default print PDF or print the individual screens of logs.
ReplyDeleteIs there a way to arrange glucose test results in columns showing the time test was done. Such as: one column for "out of bed", one for "after activity", one for "before lnch", etc.
