If you would like to add your web account to your iPhone/iTouch please follow these directions:
• Download and Install Glucose Buddy from the App Store
• Open Glucose Buddy on your iPhone
• From within the App, go to:
1) Settings
2) Account Info
3) Enter your username and password
4) Press DONE
5) Press CANCEL (NOT Join Us)
Your account information is now linked between iPhone/iTouch and Web. Please keep in mind that only iPhone -> Web communication is currently enabled.

Hi! My question:
ReplyDeleteThe timeline of my default graph currently starts at 8/27. I want it to start at 1/1. How can I resolve this issue?
Any idea when the web -> iPhone sync will be available. Entering the numbers is so much easier on the web but I like being able to have all the data on my iPhone.
ReplyDeleteJay- Trick the system...enter a log on 1/1 and it will expand the graph to then.
ReplyDeleteTech Worker- I'd rather not give you a date and then let you down if it gets pushed back. Sooner rather than later.
Is there a way to email the records from the web interface? I enter records both online and on my i Touch, so emailing them from the Touch doesn't send all of the records to my endo.
ReplyDeleteIf you're having trouble sending from your Email client, please try deleting untraditional characters like ^&*() from your notes.

ReplyDeleteWhen i tried to sync in the last last two days i got an error it says: "An unknown error has occured. Please try again or a later time."
is it some tech problems? or what happening?

I am getting the same error. This is the first time I am trying to sync after the initial sync my first day.

ReplyDeleteIt's like i don'ät get any contact with the server it's exactly like a timeout.

Great app so far. I started my account and tracking online and have now downloaded the iphone app. The iPhone app won't let me sync with the online account (there's no where to enter your account name and password without going through the setup). Am I missing something?

Also getting 'An unknown error has occured. Please try again or at a later time.' On wireless, in my home. Not using 3G. I've tried a second account now, just in case, and I can't use either one to sync. Help?
ReplyDeleteAutumn, try deleting the log that originally caused the issue. You can also help us debug by sending us that log.
