QUICK FIX 2

IF YOUR LOGS ARE UPLOADING AND YOU ARE GETTING ERROR MESSAGES, YOU MAY WANT TO REINSTALL THE APP... YOU MAY BE ANXIOUS TO START UTILIZING THE WEB TO THE BEST OF ITS CAPABILITIES. WE UNDERSTAND. WE WILL HAVE FIXES COMING OUT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, BUT WE REALIZE MANY OF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MANUALLY REMEDY THE ISSUE.

WITH THIS PROCESS, YOUR WEB LOGS WILL NOT BE DELETED, YOUR OLD PHONE LOGS WILL BE DELETED, AND NEW ENTRIES WILL SIMPLY BE ADDED TO YOUR WEB ACCOUNT

Here's what you do:

  • Delete the program. This will clear all iPhone logs so make sure that information is either A) in your web account or B) you don't care about losing old info
  • Give us 5 stars because it's a free app, and we're working our tail off to give you the best experience possible, and if you're reading this it means our program has helped you manage your diabetes
  • Reinstall Glucose Buddy from the App Store
  • Open Glucose Buddy, ADD ANY KIND OF LOG
  • go to Account Info, Enter your Account Information, AND THEN PRESS DONE AND THEN PRESS CANCEL (NOT Join Us)
  • Next hit Synchronize. A popup will appear: "This is your First time Synchronizing..." That is Normal, Ignore It,
  • Press OK

    And your new logs will Sync.
