Print fix

We've had a number of reports from you that the printing has not been working on the website.
We're currently working on the issue, so in the meantime, we've removed the functionality completely.

For now, stay cool, and Print by taking a Screenshot

Also, I would like to thank some of our beta users for providing amazing feedback to our new Doctor/Educator screenshot. This Print Template will make it so very easy for your professional to see your progress and ways the he/she can support you.

Let me know if you have any questions.

  1. Hey Matt,

Just a quick update on this one. I just realized that there is a current problem with printing. I was trying to get my data out for an endo appointment tomorrow morning. On my Mac Book Pro, printing under firefox (most recent) fails completly (all the graphs are missing). However under safari, printing works properly for the first page only.

Interesting thing is that it might be an issue with the client .js files that you are calling to produce the graphs. As well, after I performed some testing under firefox, I could see the graphs blank out and then call the server again for the data to produce the graphs.

    Anyway great application and service!

  2. There *is* a work-around that I'm currently using - screen captures. Not ideal, but it works.

  3. Is it possible now to print logs without going screen by screen?

  4. I would also like to know how to print logs without doing it screen by screen. I have to take them along to my dr appointments.
    Thanks!

  5. I printed out the email Glucose Buddy sends. May doctor didn.t like the format and wants me to hand write every thing out on her forms. After a monthy that would be a pain.

  6. I noticed that on the graph section you have the option of PDF. Could this be done with the logs? Also a import to MS Excel would be nice to move things around. My doctor likes for me to setup my times all by Morning, lunch and dinner.
